ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing our website at go.dumpmyjunkllc.com or engaging any services provided by Dump My Junk LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dump My Junk LLC, a Florida limited liability company operating in the Tampa Bay area.

SERVICES OFFERED
Dump My Junk LLC provides the following services throughout the Tampa Bay area, including Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Brandon, Riverview, Lakeland, and surrounding communities:
- Junk Removal: Residential and commercial removal of furniture, appliances, electronics, mattresses, and general household or office clutter.
- Demolition: Sheds, decks, fences, kitchens, bathrooms, drywall, and structural tear-downs performed with proper permits. Licensed demolition work is performed by Master Construction (Lic #CRC1330775).
- Dumpster Rental: 10, 15, 20, and 30-yard dumpsters delivered for renovations, cleanouts, and construction projects.
- Mobile Home Removal: Complete mobile home tear-down, removal, permit coordination, and site cleanup.
- Property Cleanouts: Estate cleanouts, foreclosure cleanups, eviction cleanups, hoarder homes, and full garage or attic clear-outs.
- Yard Waste & Storm Debris: Tree limbs, brush piles, hurricane debris, and yard waste removal.
Service availability, scope, and timelines may vary depending on project complexity, weather conditions, permitting requirements, and scheduling capacity.

QUOTES AND PRICING
All quotes provided by Dump My Junk LLC are free and carry no obligation. Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer at the time of the estimate, including descriptions, photographs, and on-site assessments.
- Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
- Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs from what was described or shown at the time of the quote.
- We provide upfront, flat-rate pricing with no hidden fees. Any changes to the quoted price will be communicated and approved by the customer before work continues.
- Pricing for demolition projects may include separate charges for permits, disposal, and labor as required by the scope of work.

SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS
- Service appointments are scheduled based on mutual agreement between the customer and Dump My Junk LLC.
- We offer same-day service when our schedule allows, but same-day availability is not guaranteed.
- Customers may reschedule or cancel appointments by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time at no charge.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Dump My Junk LLC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather, safety concerns, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and reschedule at no additional cost.

PAYMENT TERMS
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless a prior written arrangement has been made.
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and approved financing.
- Financing options are available for projects ranging from $60 to $10,000 through our third-party financing partner. Financing is subject to credit approval and separate terms and conditions.
- For large-scale demolition or commercial projects, a deposit may be required prior to the start of work. Deposit amounts and terms will be outlined in a written estimate or contract.
- Overdue balances may be subject to late fees and collection action as permitted by Florida law.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
By engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about the scope of work, including the type, volume, and location of items to be removed or structures to be demolished.
- Ensure safe and clear access to the work area for our crew and equipment.
- Disclose the presence of any hazardous materials (see Section 7).
- Confirm that you are the legal owner of the items to be removed or have proper authorization to request their removal.
- Secure or remove pets, valuables, and personal items from the work area prior to service.
- Be present or designate an authorized representative during the service, especially when on-site approval or access decisions are required.

PROHIBITED AND HAZARDOUS ITEMS
Dump My Junk LLC reserves the right to refuse removal of items that are illegal, hazardous, or pose safety risks to our crew or the public. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:
- Asbestos-containing materials
- Chemical waste, pesticides, and solvents
- Medical or biohazardous waste
- Explosives, ammunition, or firearms
- Radioactive materials
- Paint, oil, and automotive fluids (in certain quantities)
- Propane tanks (unless properly emptied)
If hazardous materials are discovered during a job, work may be paused and additional charges or specialized disposal arrangements may apply. We will communicate any changes before proceeding.

PROPERTY ACCESS AND DAMAGE
Dump My Junk LLC takes every reasonable precaution to avoid damage to your property during service. However:
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, structural deficiencies, or conditions that are concealed or not disclosed prior to service.
- Minor cosmetic marks (e.g., scuffs on walls or floors) may occur during the removal of large or heavy items and are considered a normal part of the junk removal process.
- For demolition projects, the scope of demolition and associated cleanup will be defined in the written estimate. Any additional work beyond the agreed scope requires separate authorization.
- If you believe our crew caused damage to your property, please notify us within 48 hours of the service date so we can investigate and address the issue promptly.
We are fully licensed and insured for your protection.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law:
- Dump My Junk LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
- We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, government actions, or supply shortages.
- Items left for removal are considered abandoned by the customer. Once items are loaded onto our trucks, we are not obligated to return them. Please ensure all items marked for removal are correct before work begins.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, page layouts, and code — is the property of Dump My Junk LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without prior written permission from Dump My Junk LLC.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting us directly. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Hillsborough County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Dump My Junk LLC.

SMS / TEXT MESSAGING CONSENT
By providing your phone number through our website, quote forms, or in person, and opting in to receive text messages, you consent to receive SMS/MMS communications from Dump My Junk LLC. These messages may include:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Quote follow-ups and service updates
- Promotional offers and seasonal specials
- Review requests after service completion
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of service.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.

Dump My Junk LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
